The Allstate Customer Contact Center provides 24/7 support to Allstate policy holders and consumers. Each frontline team member completes an eight-week training program followed by continuous training and development throughout their Allstate career. Development opportunities include leading projects, formalized rotation programs, mentors, incumbent training, online training and personalized development plans team members modify and update based on their evolving personal and professional goals.
