At Paylocity, our mission is to elevate the profession of Payroll and Human Resources out of the back office and into the boardroom where it belongs. We do this by providing clients with the same caliber Cloud software solutions found in other critical areas such as Sales, Finance, and Operations. By doing so, Paylocity clients get a combination of technology and service not available anywhere else.

Paylocity (NASDAQ: PCTY) develops industry-leading, cloud-based payroll and human capital management software solutions for medium-sized organizations. Our comprehensive and easy-to-use solutions enable our clients to manage their workforces more effectively. Paylocity’s intuitive, highly configurable solution unifies payroll and HCM applications, such as time and labor tracking, benefits, and talent management. Our solutions help drive strategic human capital decision-making and improve employee engagement by enhancing the human resource, payroll, and finance capabilities of our clients.

On the community Outreach front, Paylocity gives employees the opportunity to contribute to important causes (passion projects) throughout the year such as food drives, American Cancer Society, St. Jude's Children's Research, animal humane societies, and broader issues such as hurricane relief, etc.

We also contribute to the local economy through quarterly group outings to local restaurants and we participate in the Rochester Chase Corporate Challenge every year for the past 5 + years. In 2016 alone we contributed over $100,000.00 to various charities and organizations in need.

Most recently in November of 2016 we held our biggest community event thus far! We partnered with Operation Care Package to deliver care packages to active members of the military all over the world. We had 550 employee volunteers, over 40 teams across our five locations (Boise, Rochester, Nashua, Lake Mary and Arlington Heights), donated over 30,000 items, including personal notes, cards, drawings from employee’s families and friends, and filled 1250 care packages for members cross all five branches of the military. These packages started arriving to our military service personnel across the world in the first week of December. This was the second consecutive year for this event and we grew the overall participation by 25+ percent.

In the Treasure Valley, Paylocity employees volunteered to support their passion projects including the Idaho Food Bank, Ronald McDonald House, C.A.T.C.H., and local schools. During 2016, we provided meals and baked goods six times for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House. In April, our employees participated in the Hunger Games, creating sculptures out of non-perishable foods, which resulted in a generous donation to the Idaho Food Bank and 44 volunteer hours to help stock and distribute food. In September, Paylocity won the small business category for most participants in St. Luke's FitOne fundraiser for the Children's Hospital.

We focus on continuing to show our appreciation to our loyal staff through various programs such as quarterly CEO addresses, and our employee referral bonus program. We also offer our employees an Employee Assistance Program, flexible work schedules & telecommuting options, generous paid vacation, sick and floating holidays.

Employees are recognized for their contributions towards excellent service, helping a team mate, implementing a new idea, completing a significant project or going above and beyond what is normally expected. We turn those nominations and thank you's into $25 gift cards, as our way of saying thank you!

As we continue to grow locally and across the country in forty three states Paylocity remains firmly aligned with our Employee First focus. Our culture and our people are what has and continues to allows us to be successful and we remain steadfast in keeping them at the forefront of everything we do. Our Service profit chain philosophy of: Happy Employees = Happy Customers = Happy Shareholders holds as true today as it has for many years.

In closing thank you for allowing us to participate in this program and we could not be more pleased with how well we have been able to assimilate into the Treasure Valley over the past 12 months and that's a great tribute to the incredible network of people and organizations that we have met along the way.
